Do you accept returns, exchanges, cancellations?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us at info@okcrates.com and we are happy to help.
Do boxes ship with pricing information?
We know that more often than not our boxes are purchased as gifts, so we do not include packing slips or pricing information in the boxes.
Can I swap out products for something else in a box?
Absolutely! Please email us at into@okcrates.com and we can work with you to create a custom box.
Are all of your items really from Oklahoma?
Yes! We searched high and low for the best of the best local artisans to partner with for our gift boxes.
